Georgia vs. Ole Miss Preview: Breaking Down the Biggest Matchups in Oxford

Georgia heads to Oxford for a massive Top 10 showdown against Ole Miss on Saturday night, and Buck Belue breaks down the biggest matchups that could decide this SEC clash. Buck examines how Kirby Smart and Glenn Schumann could approach the Rebels’ dynamic quarterback, why Georgia must be careful about blitzing, and the importance of Ellis Robinson and the Bulldogs’ secondary.

So beware of blitzing Trinidad. That’s a dangerous proposition. He’s one of the elite quarterbacks in college football when you bring the extra pass rushers, when you play blitz / man. He’s one of the top three quarterbacks in the game today. And why is that? Well, he’s got exceptional pocket presence. He can focus down the field and feel the blitz around him. His elusiveness is the best in the business. His ability to avoid sacks. You can get pressure on him, that’s one thing. Getting him on the ground is another. – Buck Belue
