Former Georgia Bulldog & 2026 Georgia High School Football Hall of Fame Inductee Travis Stroud joined The Locker Room to talk about the honor of being inducted into the Hall of Fame, his days playing at Georgia, and what he saw when he went to Athens earlier this season.
When I got the call, I mean, I saw the ballots. I had been on a few ballots previously, and I saw some of the talent that I was stacked up against. I was like, “Man, I’m just happy to be in consideration.”
But to finally get the nod, I know I had a lot of accolades. I put a lot of time in, and who knows where I would be had it not been for the injuries that I sustained. Really just reflecting the time and, you know, embracing the time, looking back over some of those good times, some of those wins, some of those losses, some of those lessons learned that made me who I am today.– Travis Stroud
