Braves third baseman Austin Riley joins Cellini & Dimino after his game-winning three-run home run against the Phillies in Game 1 of the Wild Card Series. Riley discusses his postseason mindset, why he views October as a “clean slate,” and how he was able to reset after a difficult regular season.
You know, for me, going into the postseason, it’s kind of like we said yesterday, it’s a clean slate. It’s a fresh start, you know, the past is a past, we all know the season I had wasn’t good, but like I said, it’s kind of like that reset button that I get to press and turn things around, and try to have a good little run right here. – Austin Riley
