AJC Atlanta Falcons Reporter Daniel Flick joined “The Locker Room” live from Indiana with a recap of the Falcons’ joint practices with the Colts, what’s next in the rehab process for Michael Penix Jr., what positives did he took away from the practice, more!
I had Tua at eight for 13, I believe, in 11-on-11, but all but one of his completions were short underneath, very quick. He had a long ball to London on the left side, where it was a great, great catch by Drake.
But apart from that, their offense was just not very explosive. They couldn’t really move the ball very well. He had a pick that was not a well-thrown ball in the slightest.
After the way he played last week, I really was hoping to see him play at a higher level yesterday. He just really wasn’t there. I’m not sure I’d call it horrific, but I certainly wouldn’t call it good either.
