Chuck & Chernoff are joined by “The Atlantic’s” Braves Beat Writer Jesus Cano, who discussed the return of Ronald Acuna, what to do with Austin Riley, Robert Suarez’s pitching, and more!
You could tell that there was something special brewing. And even if you put me in there and I didn’t know the record or how good the team was doing, you could sense that there was a good vibe.
Everybody was talking to each other. It was Spanish-speaking guys talking to English-speaking guys. It was bullpen guys talking to people in the lineup, which you don’t see too often.
So the vibes were really good. And I’d like to say that that’s still the case, but I would say that there’s not a sense of as joyful as it once was. I think people within the clubhouse are now starting to understand the importance of where they are now.
