Chipper Jones on the Braves Offensive Regression, Trade Rumors, and His Upcoming HUGE NASCAR Weekend

Chipper fills us in on some of the Braves hitting struggles and gets to the bottom of the decline in offense over the last month and what needs to be done to turn this around after the All-Star Game.

PLUS: Chipper has some seriously big NASCAR plans for the Quaker State 400 this Sunday! He’s serving as the Grand Marshal for the race and will also be recognized in the Drivers Meeting and be introduced on the pre race stage during driver introductions!

If they want a third set of eyes, they can certainly ask me for it, but this particular time, Darnell Coles texted me after the San Francisco series, and he’s like, “Hey, are you going to be in town? I’d love for you to come by and take a look at Austin and Drake.”

So, yeah, I mean, it’s always nice to be wanted and your opinion valued, so, you know, I made myself available, you know, this week to go down at least a couple days. I may go down again tonight as I’m just getting home from the fourth at the lake, but, yeah, I mean, just some subtle adjustments with Austin.
