He’s a longtime Friend of Show, and he actually has a little bit of a break after an incredible run the past six months….Super Bowl, the NBA All-Star Game, the 2025 Winter Olympics, Sunday Night Football, US Open golf & Kentucky Derby. Oh, and he needs to clean his garage.
Mike Brown gave credit to Quinn Snyder and the Hawks staff for making them go to the drawing board for a different and better solution because of what the Hawks were doing. And one of those different and better solutions was having Karl-Anthony Towns play more of a point forward, point cat, if you will, and initiate a little bit. It made it hard to get attention on Brunson, turned angles, screens, all that stuff that came with that. And that tells you that the Hawks with less talent than the Knicks and less experience than the Knicks did a really good job and was a really significant building block
