It’s a tremendous leaderboard hitting the links for the U.S. Open at Shinnecock Hills! Today, golf analyst Nota Begay checks in with Nick and Chris to preview the action this weekend.
Dustin Johnson made the most birdies, consecutive birdies in a row that he’s ever made in the U.S. Open. He opened up his second nine holes with four consecutive birdies and then just kind of dropped the ball by making a kind of a sloppy bogey on the easiest hole in the course, the fifth hole par 5, which is reachable by pretty much everybody in the field. So you just never know where the trouble is going to pop up at the U.S. Open.
