The Braves are separating themselves from the rest of the NL East and they’re not even full strength! Today, ESPN’s Buster Olney reviews the Braves’ big weekend sweep in Philadelphia and brings us up to speed with the rest of the teams in the division.
PLUS: Carlos Mendoza might be on the hot seat and Buste questions whether the Phillies turn their season around.
So for an entire team to be at 793, that’s pretty incredible. You know, it is interesting because I know from talking with Braves people, you know, they felt like that, you know, Tim Hyres came in as the new hitting coach and they felt like in the second half of last year, they started to see some of the changes he was doing beginning to manifest. And we certainly have seen that carry over this year.
