He’s written a book and it’s a must read for any fan of basketball! Robert Parrish joined the boys to talk about, “The Chief: The Story of the Boston Celtics’ Most Enigmatic Icon.”
In it he covers winning titles with both Bird & Jordan, today’s load management crap, sounds off on the GOAT discussion, about having a reputation for being a loaner and not very approachable during his career, and MUCH MORE!
Putting my words to paper, my life to paper, just didn’t feel right. For whatever reason, it just felt like it was right. I feel comfortable doing it. There’s no hesitation, no pause, any of that. Just felt like a good time to do it. So that’s one of the main reasons why I decided to do the book. And to give my fans, and my haters, another look at the athlete. Everybody knows about the athlete, the accomplishments. Let’s give them a glimpse at the person.
