Our friend Coach Dungy was stuck at the Atlanta airport on his way home from Sunday night’s crazy Ravens-Steelers game, so he checked in with Celliini & Dimino to talk about the Falcons situation after Arthur Blank fired coah Raheem Morris and GM Terry Fontenot.
I saw some things that, to me, were a good sign, but I’m not there on a day-to-day basis. And I’ve talked to a couple of owners and a couple of GMs that were considering making changes. And that’s always my advice. Hey, you’re there every day. Is the organization going in the direction you want it to go? And is everybody in the building on the same page? And if that’s not happening, then change is necessary.
