I don’t think they can do much more with the portal. I mean, they moved the portal back two weeks, I think, from where it was. I mean, the real issue that I hear from the coaches, Steve Sarkisian brought this up the other day when I was talking to him, was the high school signing day. Remember, they moved it up to December to give players a chance to enroll in the middle of December, to do the 15 bowl practices, to get ready for, to get into the system at least by early January. But that’s the problem because part of the reason Kiffin had to leave when he did, or at least he said he did, was to get there in time for National Signing Day. So I think if anything, they’ll move that one back again. Coaches will scream about it, but it’s the only real way to keep coaches from bailing out in December.
