The Falcons were 30 to 27 losers, once again, this time to the Carolina Panthers. So the Panthers sweep the season series with the Falcons. Falcons have now dropped five games in a row. This one took till overtime, and what looked like a day that was starting off on the right foot for the Falcons ended on the wrong foot, in this case of a kicker for the Carolina Panthers walking it off for a win.
