I’m giving black boys an opportunity in the city of Atlanta to use the sport of baseball to become both a Major League player and a Major League citizen. All those fortunate enough to have some kind strangers in the city of Atlanta, but also people within my community that saw the potential that I had in in baseball, my childhood heroes were Hank Aaron and Martin Luther King junior, and so we have year round programming where we partner with Atlanta Public Schools to serve over 350 youth, baseball for boys and tennis for girls, and you know, a lot of the funding that we have, because it’s not cheap to serve folks well, comes from the support that we get from 680 the fan.
