If you want to get coached and you want to get developed, you’re going to love being around me every day. If you’re somebody that doesn’t love football and you’re not really tough and you may not want to be challenged daily, then you’re probably going to hate me. Like you’re not going to like me around me every day because I want our guys, the only way I know you grow is by pushing yourself to places that make you a little bit uncomfortable at times.
