Within hours of winning the last game of the year against the Saints, Falcons Coach Raheem Morris and General Manager Terry Fontenot have been relieved of their duties. Brian Finneran, Hometeam Brandon Leak, and John Michaels react to their firings and speculate on where the Falcons go from here for a better season in 2026.

Fans have been clamoring for a long time this season about change, about trying to figure out what Arthur Blank was going to do. And I think what he did in his moves and his decisions, he got himself three wins yesterday. He got a win against the Saints. That’s what you want to do no matter what’s going on, what kind of season. He removed poor performance from his organization, from the top two guys who are in charge of performance, and he may have reached out and created an olive branch, created an olive branch with angry fans who clearly were dissatisfied with the product the last few years.
