That’s what I talked about with “the commitment,” and that’s what’s important to me, is the continued show of commitment to the program and the commitment to players and the commitment to staffing. That was a huge look. At the end of the day, what one person makes at the top, that’s a figurehead thing. It’s another sign of commitment, right? But it’s what I’m able to do for the staff, to continue to grow the staff, retain the staff, put them in a great position, but also the acquisition of talent and the retention of talent. We all know that’s the name of the game.
