The Atlanta Falcons are struggling on special teams and as a result, they drop a game to the abysmal NY Jets over the weekend. Former Falcon QB Matt Schaub joined “The Locker Room” to attempt to make sense of this bad situation in Flowery Branch.
On the plus side, his Virginia Cavaliers are headed to the ACC Championship Game, and Matt Couldn’t be happier!

We’re finding different ways to lose. When you really look at, there’s been numerous games where it’s been similar conversations afterward, but typically in the NFL and really in football in general, when you can say you won and fairly dominated two phases of the game, typically you come out on top because that third phase, you don’t lose it quite as bad as we lost the special teams battle like we did against the Jets. Especially when it counts for 10 points!
