Roddy Jones, ACC Network CFB Analyst & former Georgia Tech Fullback, joined The Locker Room to analyze the most recent College Football Playoff Rankings, get into the matchups in Friday’s Clean Old Fashion Hate Game, why this season can be deemed a successful one for Georgia Tech, and why next year Tech could be even better offensively.
A 9-3 season is a big improvement over the two previous 7-5 seasons. It’s a big step. The fact that you had a quarterback that was in the Heisman Trophy conversation for the majority of the back half of the season is a positive. So, it will certainly sting, but I think when you look at it with a little bit of perspective, when Tech fans look at it with a little bit of perspective, they’ll say this was still a successful year.
