Kirby Smart, Georgia Bulldogs Head Coach, joined The Locker Room and talked about the upcoming showdown in Jacksonville with the Gators, how to prepare for Florida with a new Head Coach and play caller, what the focus was during the bye week for the team, the defense seemingly finding themselves in the 4th quarter, and more!
I would like to see us tackle better. I would like to see us get into third and longs more often. And a lot of that comes from second and 10. So at the end of the day, we’ve had more second and tens than almost any defense in the league. So that means we’re doing something right on first down. But where our errors have come is inability to get people in third and long.
