Anytime you have 27 seniors, it’s a plus, OK. And you know, in the past, we’ve had leadership groups that might have had, you know, 3-4 from each class, for each position, but this year we went with the entire senior class. I felt it was important. Yyou know we got some great individual leaders in that group. We also have a lot of guys that had not been in leadership positions in the past, and they want to be leaders. They might not know how, or they might need a little support, so having all the seniors collectively has really made a big impact.
