Trade Deadline Talks with Alex Anthopoulos, Braves President of Baseball Operations & GM

We had conversations about everybody. We, and again, like I said at the deadline, you’d be amazed the number of names, and we’re not afraid either. We’ll ask for stars and this and that, and people will understand. No one’s getting offended. It’s just time of year. It’s a good time to have conversations and so on, so players that had control for 2026 or 27 or 28, obviously you value them differently than guys that their contractual control is done in in two months.
