Some people might say that it’s biased towards a conference, or you know, there’s always going to be some level of human bias, but I don’t think there is an overarching bias to any one conference because everyone in there is coming from conferences throughout the whole enterprise. So I feel like it’s a good process, but we have. We have work to do and we need to continue to make it as perfect as we can.
