Kirby has a history of being able to sign the number one player in these recruiting classes. Nolan Smith in 2019, #1 rated player in that ’19 class and now, he’s doing great things, winning Super Bowls in the National Football League. So, Kirby has signed that number one player before, just didn’t go his way today.
