You know, we‘ve been talking so about so much about addressing the past rush over the past few years and just how woeful it’s been, so this is a real shot in the arm. And if these guys turn out as good as they’re projected, I mean, you got, you got cornerstones now hopefully for the next four or five years at least. And I like the coaching staff that’s there. I’m a big fan of Jeff Ulbrich. And if there’s any question, any lingering questions about Pearce, about being motivated or if that’s factual, Ulbrich will take care of that.
