Fans of EA College Football 25 are excited about the game coming out in ‘26 and they were treated to a reveal on social media earlier in the week. It was a photo of this year’s deluxe edition cover and on the image, you saw some college football players, notably DJ Lagway of Florida, Alabama wide receiver Ryan Williams, Ohio State receiver Jeremiah Smith, and a few others. But there was one figure in particular who I’m sure caught the attention of Georgia fans. Georgia head coach Kirby Smart can be seen on the bottom left in the first row, smiling and wearing Georgia gear. You say, “Well, why is that a big deal? He made a couple of bucks. So what?” So what? He’s on a video game.”
He knows what he’s doing. That is such a great recruiting tool and if you can find any advantage in today’s playing field of recruiting and NIL and all the money, well, this is a good one!
