I think most hitters need to think center of their body more than their feet. I think their feet in the batter’s box gives them a good alignment because obviously if you’re starting way off track, it’s hard to produce energy moving forward. So I think alignment is really important for most hitters. And I think what that does it gives you and your hips and your pelvis like the center of your body is really important because we’ve talked, every hitter wants balance and it starts in the middle, your pelvis and your hips, that little hinge and being feeling strong in the middle, I think is a big part of your stance and getting ready to hit.
