Do you have a sports bucket list? Stadiums , events you want to attend in this lifetime…

Well, I am beyond blessed to report that I checked one off of my Bucket List this weekend! I attended a Stanley Cup finals game in Nashville, TN! Wow… and wow!

Backstory, when I worked for Fox Sports South a million years ago, I hosted their “Magazine” show on the network, also did some pre/post for them.  Covered the Press for Southern Sports Report, and adopted them as my team, bc the Thrashers just didn’t have that “it” factor that Nashville did,

So, when the Predators made the run in the playoffs, I knew I was going !   We headed to SMASHVILLE on Friday after the show, and as soon as we got say 20 miles out of town, we started to feel the energy.

Go Predator signs lined the highways, every employee of every restaurant, bar, book store, and coffee shop all had Predator gear on…

Fans in the street would pass you and say SMASHVILLE! Go press… it was awesome.

The game was a spectacle!

I’ve never ever seen anything like it.  Fans lined the street as early as noon for a 7pm start.  Once inside, we didn’t sit for a second,

And THEY WON!

OMG!!!  I was so fired up!!!

I go back to my original question, do you have a bucket list?  If so, life is short.., Make it a priority.  I’m so glad I was there for that game in Nashville. It will go down as one of the best weekends of my life!

And , yes, I have considered going back on Sunday for game 6!
